Welcome to the Practice of Dr. Jason Azzi

Dr. Jason Azzi is a Canadian-trained Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon and Facial Plastic Surgery Fellow whose clinical practice is dedicated to the art and science of facial aesthetics. He brings a refined, anatomy-driven approach to facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, built upon a foundation of rigorous surgical training and academic distinction.

Dr. Azzi completed five years of advanced surgical residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, a discipline centered on the complex anatomy and physiology of the head and neck region. As such, Dr. Azzi has a deep understanding of the facial function and anatomy, including diseases of the ears, nose, throat, thyroid gland, salivary glands, and head & neck cancers. He has a particular passion for skin cancers affecting the head and neck.

Dr. Azzi then elected to pursue subspecialty training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as fellow of the most prestigious facial plastic surgery organization in the world, the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). He is currently training with Dr. Maas and Dr. Newman, who are both world-renowned in the field and have served distinguished roles such as president of the AAFPRS as well as current co-presidents of the California Pacific Society of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, the premier California society. Facial Plastic Surgery is a highly specialized field that requires focused expertise in the anatomy, function, and particularly the aesthetics of the face, nose, and neck. This pathway reflects the highest level of subspecialized training available in aesthetic and functional surgery of the face.

This unique background allows Dr. Azzi to offer an elevated level of precision, technical skill, functional and aesthetic judgment in procedures such as rhinoplasty, facelift and necklift surgery, blepharoplasty, and facial reconstruction. His work is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving natural, balanced results tailored to each patient’s individual features and goals.

Dr. Azzi prides himself not only for his surgical expertise but for his personalized and collaborative approach to care. Every consultation is centered on thoughtful listening, in-depth assessment, and a shared vision — ensuring that patients feel informed, confident, and supported at every step of their aesthetic journey.
